11. F modeling#

11.1. Characteristics of modeling#

A 3D modeling with HEXA8 elements testing the functionalities of node-mesh contact with friction treated with the penalized method for contact and friction has been implemented.

The game between the skate and the frame is defined by function using the keyword « DIST_2 ».

To avoid rigid body movements, the skate is held in place by springs of low stiffness:

RES_HAUT

: \(k=20N/\mathrm{mm}\)

Boundary conditions:

Free end of the springs: \(\mathrm{DX}=\mathrm{DY}=\mathrm{DZ}=0\).

Built: \(\mathrm{DX}=\mathrm{DY}=\mathrm{DZ}=0\).
