3. B modeling#
3.1. Characteristics of modeling#
A D_ PLAN modeling with QUAD4 elements testing the functionalities of node-mesh contact with friction treated with the penalized method has been implemented.

The game between the skate and the frame is defined by a function using the keyword « DIST_2 ».
To avoid rigid body movements, the skate is held in place by springs of low stiffness:
