Summary:

The purpose of this test is to validate the modeling of a 1D crack in a rotor. This feature is available via option ROTOR_FISS of the DYNA_VIBRA operator.

The test case involves a slowly rotating beam subjected to a constant bending moment.

The solution is compared with a 3D calculation performed with STAT_NON_LINE for the extreme positions of closed cracks and open cracks.
