5. Non-symmetric version

The discrepancy between the symmetric and non-symmetric versions is found inside routine MLTFC1, the tree of routines called in the non-symmetric case is as follows.

(MLNFLM, MLNFMJ, MLNFLD, MLNFLJ replace MLTFLM, MLTFMJ, MLTFLD, MLTFLJ respectively).
