v7.02.101 HPLP101 - Thermoelastic cracked plate (plane stresses)#

Summary:

This test is the result of the independent validation of Code_Aster in fracture mechanics (reference from Murakami: Mura11-17). It makes it possible to validate fracture mechanics operators for a two-dimensional problem (hypothesis of plane stresses) in isotropic linear thermoelasticity.

This test includes plane stress modeling in which are calculated:

  • the energy return rate

(classical calculation using the theta method),

  • the stress intensity coefficients

and

.

These two calculations are carried out on 6 different integration rings.

The purpose of the test is to compare the values of

and

with respect to the reference solution and to test the invariance of the calculations with respect to the various integration crowns.
