6. D modeling#

6.1. Characteristics of modeling#

The modeling tested is DIS_T on a SEG2 mesh. The stiffness characteristic of the discrete is of the K_T_D_L type.

6.2. Characteristics of the mesh#

Number of knots: 2, number of stitches: 1, elements SEG2: 1.

6.3. Boundary conditions and loads#

The condition while traveling is a function of time:

\({U}_{0}.\mathrm{sin}(2\pi .\mathit{f.t})\) with \(f=5\mathit{Hz};{U}_{0}=0.1m\)

The analysis time step and time interval are:

\(\Delta t=\mathrm{4,0}{10}^{-3}s\) and \(t\in [:ref:`0s,5s <0s,5s>\)] `

6.4. Tested sizes and results#

The quantities tested are displacement and efforts. The values are those shown in the table.

Tolerances are by default.
