Summary:

The objective of this test is to validate the functioning of element MEMBRANEen large deformations for different types of cells (linear, quadratic and bi-quadratic) by taking up and adapting the test case of the chain under its own weight (SSNl114). The results are compared to a semi-analytical solution.

The results of the membrane subjected to gravity (PESANTEUR) are also compared with those of the membrane subjected to a non-following pressure (PRES_REPavec TYPE_CHARGE =” FIXE_CSTE “), whose amplitude and direction are chosen such that the results are identical. In this way, both functionalities are validated.
