3. Modeling A#

3.1. Characteristics of modeling#

We use a MEMBRANE modeling in large deformations (DEFORMATION =” GROT_GDEP “) with the Saint Venant Kirchhoff law of behavior (RELATION =” ELAS_MEMBRANE_SV”). Linear elements are used.

3.2. Characteristics of the mesh#

The mesh contains 132 elements of type QUAD4.

3.3. Tested sizes and results#

The displacement at the center of the membrane subjected to gravity, in O, with respect to the semi-analytical solution is tested.
