3. Modeling A#

3.1. Characteristics of modeling#

We use C_ PLAN modeling. The main constraints ratio \({\sigma }_{2}\mathrm{/}{\sigma }_{1}\) is set to \(0.52\).

3.2. Characteristics of the mesh#

The mesh contains 1 element of type QUAD4.

3.3. Tested sizes and results#

We test the deformations and stresses at node \(N1\) in Figure.

3.4. notes#

The first two measurement points allow you to compare the slope at the origin of the Stress-Deformation curve. The last point corresponds to the breaking stress.
