Summary:

The problem is to analyze the seismic response of a reinforced concrete beam. The behavior of the \(\mathit{BA}\) beam is non-linear. Two models are studied:

• the beam is represented by a multi-fiber beam modeling [R3.08.08]. The law of concrete behavior is Mazars in its 1D version [R7.01.08] for modeling A;

• the beam is represented by DKTG elements. The law of non-linear behavior used is GLRC_DM [R7.01.32] for B modeling.
