4. B modeling#

4.1. Characteristics of modeling#

Due to boundary conditions and loads, the modeling is independent of the width of sides \(\mathrm{AD}\) and \(\mathrm{BC}\) (the temperature distribution is uniform along the width).

Modeling: COQUE (QUAD4 + SEG2)

4.4. notes#

As expected, the temperature distribution is uniform across the width. All the results obtained are within the accepted tolerance interval which corresponds to the assumed uncertainty in the results of the graphical estimation.
