v3.02.115 SSLP115 - Calculation of the energy release rate of a cracked disk in the presence of initial stresses#
Summary
This test makes it possible to validate the calculation of the energy restoration rate by the theta method in the presence of a state of initial constraints.
Modeling A: an embedded and cracked disk is subject to a field of initial stresses opening the crack. This initial stress field is identical to that generated by a thermal gradient. The solution is identical to that obtained in the case of thermal loading alone, validating the consideration of an initial state of constraints.
Modeling B: it is similar to modeling A with a non-meshed crack (X- FEM).
Modeling C: it is similar to modeling A. Material coefficients are defined by constant temperature functions.
