5. Summary of results

A relatively good agreement is obtained between the solution calculated with Code_Aster and the solution calculated by HERCULE:

• Frequencies: the differences observed for the first 18 frequencies are small, less than \(\text{0.2\%}\).

• Displacements: the observed differences are less than \(\text{1\%}\) if we use a quadratic combination of the directions of the excitations, and less than \(\text{2 \%}\) if we use a Newmark combination of the directions of the excitations.

• Efforts: the differences observed are less than \(\text{2\%}\).
