4. Modeling B: volume thermal model#

4.1. Boundary conditions#

The face AB is blocked in the direction Y. In addition, on this face, an azimuth collinear with DZ along DX and a point collinear with DZ along DX is blocked.

The segment ED is uniformly deformed in the Y direction.

4.2. Loads#

We consider a thermal transient applied to the inner skin (surface AGFE).

Loading is the same as axisymmetric modeling.

4.3. Meshing#

The mesh is a linear quadrangular mesh. It is converted to a quadratic mesh before mechanical resolution.

It has 4320 knots.

4.4. Results#

The thermal stresses are extracted from the calculation results by the operator MACR_LIGN_COUP.

The constraint result of this calculation is printed for the FC segment by the operator IMPR_TABLE and by the operator IMPR_OAR.
