6. D modeling: volume mechanical model#
6.1. Boundary conditions#
The AB side is embedded.
The center node on the ED side is linked to the ED side. The twists are applied to this knot.
6.2. Loads#
Pressure:
A unit pressure PX is applied to the inner skin (line AGFE).
A \(\mathit{PY}=\frac{R\stackrel{2}{i}}{R\stackrel{2}{e}-R\stackrel{2}{i}}\) shape effect is applied at the end of the model on the ED segment.
Efforts :
A unit force of 104 N.m is applied to the central node of the face ED for the bending forces in both directions and the torsional force.
6.3. Meshing#
The mesh is identical to that of modeling B. Before calculation, the linear mesh is converted into a quadratic mesh.
6.4. Results#
The mechanical stresses are extracted from the calculation result by the operator MACR_LIGN_COUP.
The constraint result of this calculation is printed for the FC segment by the operator IMPR_TABLE and by the operator IMPR_OAR.
