5. C modeling: axisymmetric mechanical model#
5.1. Boundary conditions#
Segment AB is embedded. The Y and Z directions are blocked on this segment.
5.2. Loads#
Pressure:
A unit pressure PX is applied to the inner skin (line AGFE).
A \(\mathit{PY}=\frac{R\stackrel{2}{i}}{R\stackrel{2}{e}-R\stackrel{2}{i}}\) shape effect is applied at the end of the model on the ED segment.
Flexion:
A single force is applied to the skin elements of the thin end: PY=1
Twist:
A single force is applied to the skin elements of the thin end: PZ=1
5.3. Meshing#
The mesh is identical to that of modeling A. Before calculation, this linear mesh is converted into a quadratic mesh.
5.4. Results#
The mechanical stresses are extracted from the calculation result by the operator MACR_LIGN_COUP.
The constraint result of this calculation is printed for the FC segment by the operator IMPR_TABLE and by the operator IMPR_OAR.
It was verified that the two tables were the same at the 5th node of the cut, (4.50526E-03 of the inner skin), with the difference in the conversion of the Pa stresses to within MPa.
