v1.01.111 ZZZZ111 - Validating the DEFI_CABLE_BP operator#

Summary:

The aim of this test case is to validate operator DEFI_CABLE_BP, who calculates the tension profiles in the prestress cables of a concrete structure, in accordance with the rules of BPEL: these make it possible to take into account tension losses by contact between the cables and the concrete, by recoil at the anchors, by setback at the anchors, by shrinkage and creep of the concrete and by relaxation of steel, the material constituting the cables.

For models A and B, the structure under consideration is a semi-cylindrical web, containing four prestress cables in its thickness. The cables each describe a semicircle in a horizontal plane, and thus travel along the length of the veil. Two cables have an eccentricity with respect to the mean radius of the veil.

The results obtained are validated by comparison with those theoretically expected. Tension profiles can be explained analytically outside the areas where recoil losses apply to anchorages. This calculation is done for models DKT (modeling A) and Q4GG (modeling B).

The C and D models make it possible to validate the functioning of the PROJKM routine in cases where the projection can only be done on a node.
