Summary:

The objective of this test is to validate the seismic response of a cylindrical reservoir.

In particular, in modeling A, the consideration of the impulsive contribution of the fluid contained in the reservoir is validated by an added mass method, the calculation of the participation factor and the effective modal masses of wet modes.

The fundamental frequency is compared to the result given by the NOVAX software. Likewise, the response of the filled tank is compared to a soil spectrum with the results given by NOVAX.
