4. B modeling#

4.1. Characteristics of modeling#

In modeling B, the same calculation is made as in modeling A, but by decomposing it into a first part where the fluid potential associated with the modes of structure of the reservoir is explicitly obtained.

4.2. Tested sizes and results#

The added mass of the first mode is calculated by projecting the fluid displacement potential onto itself. The result is compared with that given by the operator CALC_MATR_AJOU.

The pressure and speed potentials are then deduced by a factor \(\omega\) or \({\omega }^{2}\), \(\omega\) being the frequency of the mode in question.
