2.1. Characteristics of modeling A#
Axi-symmetry modeling. The engineered barrier is meshed by 15 QUAD8 elements and the geological barrier by 59 QUAD8 elements, distributed progressively over the entire length.
This is a AXIS_HHD model.
2.2. Tested sizes and results#
This test case does not present a reference solution (it comes from a storage benchmark), so we present capillary pressure profiles in accordance with what can be physically expected for such simulations.
