10. Summary of results

This test case allows you to test the off-centered volume and finite edge diagram in various configurations:

• the off-centered edge finite volumes diagram

• in \(\mathrm{2D}\) and \(\mathrm{3D}\)

• on different types of meshes (triangles and rectangles for \(\mathrm{2D}\), hexahedra for \(\mathrm{3D}\))

These same cases are also carried out with conventional finite element schemes. All results are identical to the analytical solution.
