5. Summary of results#

  • The calculation of K and G in axisymmetry in the presence of a stationary thermal load gives good results since the maximum difference for G is 1.75% (excluding the first ring) for \(\nu\) = 0.4.

  • K and G results for \(\nu\) =0.01 (B modeling) are better than for \(\nu\) = 0.4 (A modeling).

  • The calculation of G is slightly less sensitive to the choice of integration crowns than the calculation of K.
