5. C modeling#

Pinto-Menegotto model case.

5.1. Thermal loading for C modeling#

Reference temperature: 50°C

Loading history: \({\mathrm{Evolution}}_{C}\) (see [§1.4])

The temperatures came in like a knotty field.

5.2. Results#

The values of \(\mathit{SIXX}\) are recorded at the node \(\mathrm{NO1}\) (direction of the longitudinal reinforcements) and \(\mathit{SIXX}\) at the node \(\mathrm{NO1}\) (direction of the transverse reinforcements)

\(\mathit{SIXX}\) in meshes modeling fibers oriented according to \(\mathrm{OX}\)

\(\mathit{SIXX}\) in meshes modeling fibers oriented according to \(\mathrm{OY}\)

Notes:

The results shown are given in the reference frame \(({X}_{\mathrm{ref}},{Y}_{\mathrm{ref}})\) making an angle of \(0°\) with respect to \((X,Y)\) .

The test case studied corresponds to the following diagram in a stress-deformation plane:
