Summary:

The purpose of this test is to validate the algorithm for integrating the law of behavior VISC_ISOT_NL. The problem studied corresponds to a hollow cylinder subjected to a state of triaxial stress + shear whose components are constant (in space) in the cylindrical coordinate system. This is the viscoplastic version of the test described in [V6.04.263] which was limited to plasticity independent of the loading speed.
