The problem studied corresponds to a hollow cylinder subjected to a state of triaxial stress + shear whose components are constant (in space) in the cylindrical coordinate system. This is the viscoplastic version of the test described in [:ref:`V6.04.263 `] which was limited to plasticity independent of the loading speed.
