This test is the result of the independent validation of version 3 in fracture mechanics.
This is a two-dimensional static test that aims to validate the calculation of \(G\), and its non-dependence on the crown, under elastoplastic conditions in an incremental calculation, on a non-trivial geometry. The law of behavior used is an elastoplastic Von Mises law with isotropic work hardening.
This test case includes a single plane \(\mathrm{2D}\) modeling in which we study the influence of an incremental load.
The results obtained with*Code_Aster* are compared to calculations made using code ADINA.
