Summary

A spinning foundation test is carried out using an elastoplastic law of the Cam-Clay type. The solutions calculated under the « pure mechanical » hypothesis, without hydromechanical coupling, under monotonic loading, are compared with results from the finite element code FLAC. In modeling A, the behavior of the soil is modeled by the Cam-Clay law [R7.01.14];
