5. C modeling#

5.1. Characteristics of modeling#

The modeling is of the BARRE type.

This modeling simulates the relaxation of a cable with variable deformation over a period of 6 years. On the range [0,1an] imposed deformation \({\mathrm{\epsilon }}_{0}\) corresponding to \(\mathrm{\mu }=0.75\), on the range \(\left]1\mathit{an},3\mathit{ans}\right]\) imposed deformation of \(1.025\ast {\mathrm{\epsilon }}_{0}\), on the range \(\left]3\mathit{ans},6\mathit{ans}\right]\) imposed deformation of \(1.050\ast {\mathrm{\epsilon }}_{0}\). The deformation jump is applied in 1 hour.

5.2. Characteristics of the mesh#

The mesh contains 1 element of type BARRE.

5.3. Tested sizes and results#

The quantity tested will be the stress in the bar, at various times.
