3. Modeling A#
3.1. Characteristics of modeling#
We consider damage modeling GVNO, which makes it possible to perform damage calculations regulated by the damage gradient, taking into account only degrees of freedom of movement and damage at the nodes. This modeling does not accept load control by elastic prediction.
3.2. Characteristics of the mesh#
The mesh contains 263 TRIA6 elements.
3.3. Law of damage: material ENDO_CARRE#
Standard characteristics of concrete are defined above.
Characteristics related to the law of non-local damage:
\(c=1.5\text{N}\) which corresponds to damage zone \(\mathrm{1D}\) equal to \(D\mathrm{=}\sqrt{2cE\mathrm{/}{\mathit{SY}}^{2}}\mathrm{=}0.5\text{dm}\)
3.4. Boundary conditions and loads#
Load: Imposed vertical displacement \(U\) on the top horizontal edge (\(y=5.\)) and \(-U\) on the bottom edge (\(y=-5.\)):
At the moment \({t}_{1}\mathrm{=}6.5\): \(\mathit{DY}\mathrm{=}0.3675\mathrm{\times }6.5\text{dm}\)
At the moment \({t}_{2}\mathrm{=}7.0\): \(\mathit{DY}\mathrm{=}0.3675\mathrm{\times }7.0\text{dm}\)
3.5. Tested sizes and results#
Non-regression test on damage variable DAMG at node \(\text{no\_test}\).
