4. Synthesis#
The tests carried out on the most important quantities of the model show that the values calculated with CALC_EUROPLEXUS are very close to those obtained with DYNA_NON_LINE.
In view of the graph on the evolution of the displacement \(\mathit{DY}\) of the reference point of the cylinder as a function of time, we note first of all that the prestress has been taken into account, because the initial displacement is negative, and subsequently that the two curves are superimposed.
It is concluded that the vertical and horizontal cables as well as the kinematic relationships were correctly defined and taken into account during the dynamic calculation with the CALC_EUROPLEXUS command, since this command is capable of correctly returning the value of the displacements, of the generalized forces in the shells and of the forces in the cables after applying a dynamic load.
