v4.21.100 TTLL100 - Thermal shock on a flat wall with exchange condition#

Summary:

This transient linear thermal test consists in imposing a cold thermal shock on an infinite plane wall using an exchange limit condition. The shock is modelled by a linear ramp \(\Delta T\mathrm{=}–100°C\) in \({10}^{\mathrm{-}2}s\).

The problem is dealt with in plan.

The reference solution is analytical.

The test is carried out on 2 models: (TRIA3, QUAD4) and (TRIA6, QUAD9).

We test the transient linear thermal algorithm when the mass matrix is diagonalized (modeling PLAN_DIAG with « mass lumping »).
