4. Summary of results#

The results concerning the movements and the constraints are very close to the analytical solution with the adopted modeling (< 0.2% for the movements, < 0.5% for the constraints).

The elastic coefficients in the 3 directions of orthotropy were chosen so as to obtain the same values of the displacements at points \(B\), \(C\), \(D\) and \(E\) as those calculated for an isotropic material (test SSLV007) or isotropic transverse material (test SSLV121). Numerically, these values are very close to those of these tests at the points considered (of the order of \({10}^{-6}\)), the difference resulting from the way in which the stiffness matrices are constructed in the various cases. At point \(X\), these values differ but correspond well to the reference solution.
