3. Modeling A#
3.1. Characteristics of modeling#
It is a 3D modeling for the volume and 3D_ INTERFACE_Spour the interface.
3.2. Characteristics of the mesh#
The volume mesh is composed of 80 TETRA10 meshes, the interface mesh is composed of 10 PENTA15 meshes.
3.3. Quantities tested and results of modeling A#
The three components DX, DY and DZ of the displacement at the top of the cube with coordinates \(x=y=z=1000\) are tested for the two values +2 MPa and -2 MPa of the applied force \({\sigma }_{0}\) and for each of the six combinations of adhesion conditions (i.e. \(3\times 2\times 6=36\) values tested). The precision selected is that by default.
All the results are in line with expectations.
