v3.03.112 SSLS112 - Excentricity of composite plates

Summary:

This test makes it possible to validate the eccentricity of composite plates.

The reference is given by a first resolution where we model a quad-layer exhibiting material non-symmetry with respect to the mean plane.

The validation is carried out in a second calculation where the quad-layer of the previous model is modelled by 2 bi-layers eccentric with respect to the mean plane of the first calculation.
