v3.02.315 SSLP315 - Propagation of an emerging crack in a 2D perforated plate of width finished with XFEM

Summary:

The aim of this test is to verify that the four propagation methods available in operator PROPA_FISS (mesh, simplex, upwind, geometric) give the same result for \(\mathrm{2D}\) propagation in mixed mode.

An through crack is propagated in a rectangular plate with three holes and subjected to three-point bending. After four propagations, the position of the bottom of the crack obtained by each method is compared with the reference position given by the mesh method.
