v3.02.311 SSLP311 - Oblique central crack in a finished rectangular plate, with two materials, subjected to uniform traction#

Summary:

This test is the result of the independent validation of version 3 in fracture mechanics.

It is a two-dimensional static test with bi-material in the presence of an oblique internal interface crack.

The behavior of the structure (bi-material) is isotropic linear elastic.

The test case includes four plane stress models in which the influence of the inclination of crack \(\theta\) is studied (4 cases).

The calculation of stress intensity factors is not available for a crack located at the interface of a bi-material; the comparison with the reference solution is therefore based on the energy recovery rate only, calculated with the operator CALC_G.
