5. Summary of results

For both models, the displacement responses obtained after projection are identical to the reference displacements calculated analytically with Maple and provided as data.

The values of the speeds and accelerations deduced from the displacements obtained after projection are close to those obtained analytically. The slight differences observed are due to approximation errors caused by the determination of velocities and accelerations by a linear time pattern.
