5. C modeling#

5.1. Characteristics of modeling#

This modeling is based on linear meshing. The 9 surface meshes (QUAD4) of each plate are assigned from the GRILLE_EXCENTRE model and duplicated to form the groups DKT_X, DKT_Y and DKT_Z that are assigned from the DKT modeling.

In each case the grids are oriented in the direction of the length of the plate. In case \(X\), the grid is eccentric (by 0.5 meters), in order to verify that this has no impact on taking into account pre-deformation.

5.2. Calculations and loads#

Two calculations are carried out on each plate of the mesh. Calculation loads are detailed on groups COQ_X/DKT_X. Then all you have to do is replace \(X\) by \(Y\) and then \(Z\) to get the loads of the other calculations.

5.2.1. Reference calculation, pre-deformation defined by value#

In the reference calculation, the following pre-deformation values are assigned:

The dependence on time is taken into account by adding an « identity » multiplier function to the load.
