6. B modeling#
6.1. Characteristics of modeling#
The 3D thermal model on which the temperature fields are assigned before projection to the sub-points of the mechanical model of multifibre beams uses 3D modeling.
The 3D mechanical model also uses 3D modeling.
Modeling POU_D_EM is assigned to the line model.
6.2. Characteristics of the mesh#
The 3D mesh is composed of 100 HEXA27 meshes, 10 in the length, 10 in the thickness and two in the width.
The linear beam mesh is composed of 20 SEG2 meshes.
