3. Definition of solvers#

3.1. Presentation#

The list of solvers is accessible from Salomé’s Europlexus module:

  1. by the menu

u Europlexus -> Edit solvers;

  1. through the icon.

This list of solvers () shows the name, the path of the executable, the server, the login and the type of connection for each of the solvers.

The user can remove a solver. If there are no solvers in the list, it is reset to the values by default.

The user can add or modify a solver (). In addition to the parameters that appear in the list, it indicates whether the server is local or not and whether the executable should be launched in batch mode or not. Once the user clicks OK, a check is done to test whether the solver exists and is accessible.
