Summary:

This test concerns cycle counting methods (RAINFLOW, RCCM) based on a history of stress loading.

From a simple loading history defined by DEFI_FONCTION, the elementary cycles are extracted by the cycle counting method of RAINFLOW [R7.04.01], then by the cycle counting method RCCM [R7.04.01].

The consideration of the stress concentration coefficient \({K}_{T}\) is also tested.

This example is a validation test of software POSTDAM developed by Department REME, provided in the Validation Manual for version 1.0 of this software.

The results provided by the operator POST_FATIGUE are completely identical to those provided by the POSTDAM software.
