2. Benchmark solution#
Since an analytical solution to a flow problem with oozing conditions is not easy to calculate, we propose here a test case that is sufficiently intuitive for certain expected intermediate and final values to be tested.
So the final values to \(t=\mathrm{0,2}s\) expected tested are:
At the base: \(\mathit{PRE}1=-{10}^{3}g\)
At the top of the hole: \(\mathit{PRE}1=+{5.10}^{2}g\)
At the top of the right edge: \(\mathit{PRE}1=+{2.10}^{3}g\)
At an intermediate point in time when the height of the water column has not yet reached the opening:
\(\mathit{PRE}1=0\)
