Summary:

The test presented here makes it possible to verify the correct functioning of joint elements with hydromechanical coupling in a gas-saturated environment (law THM “GAZ”).

The injection of dihydrogen into a rock mass is modelled. This is composed of two elastic parts with different permeabilities separated by a hydraulic seal. The laws of interface behavior used are the cubic law for flow and the Bandis law for mechanics.
