5. C modeling#

5.1. Characteristics of modeling#

The mesh is done using TRIA6.

For hydraulics, the modeling “D_ PLAN_HS “is used.

For mechanics, the models “D_ PLAN “and “D_ PLAN_GRAD_SIGM” are used (only for” ENDO_HETEROGENE “). In this modeling, the objective is essentially to validate the command variable” PTOT “for HM chaining (resolution of the hydraulic problem followed by the resolution of the mechanical problem) with a certain number of laws of soil mechanics behavior:” ELAS “,” “,” “,” DRUCK_PRAGER “and” ENDO_HETEROGENE “.

We test the solution in terms of movement and pressure given by Code_Aster.

5.2. Characteristics of the mesh#

Number of knots: 43

Number of meshes and types: 16 meshes TRIA6

5.3. Tested sizes and results#

The numerical value of the pressure is compared at all the nodes with the analytical value. The maximum pressure error does not exceed :math:`{10}^{-7}`%.

For the displacement, the numerical solution is compared to the analytical solution at the point*P*
