v7.22.104 HSNV104 - Thermoplasticity and metallurgy in plane deformations with work-hardening restoration#
Summary:
We treat the determination of the mechanical evolution of a rectangular parallelepiped into plane deformations subject to known and uniform thermal \({T}_{(t)}\) and metallurgical \({Z}_{(t)}\) evolutions (metallurgical transformation is of the bainitic type).
The elements used are two-dimensional elements in plane deformations and the behavioral relationship is VonMises plasticity with linear isotropic work hardening. Work hardening restoration is taken into account, but not transformation plasticity.
The expansion coefficient \(\alpha\) depends on the metallurgical composition.
The reference solution is obtained by analytically solving the problem.
The results provided by*Code_Aster* are very satisfactory with errors less than \(\mathrm{0,8}\text{\%}\).
