5. G modeling#
5.1. Characteristics of modeling#
For this modeling, we use the complete model with the best parameters \(\mathrm{NS}\), \(\mathrm{NC}\) and \(\mathrm{rt}\) calculated in the previous models. So we used the following values:
\(\mathrm{NS}=8\),
\(\mathrm{NC}=4\),
\(\mathrm{rt}=\mathrm{0,01}\ast a\).

Complete model, with mesh radiating only at the right end of the crack and regular, unrefined mesh at the left end.
The mesh consists of 1718 nodes and 568 elements, including 464 QUA8 elements and 104 TRI6 elements.
