3.1. Characteristics of modeling#
The model consists of quadrangles with 8 knots and triangles with 6 knots.
It has 4877 knots and 1598 elements.
3.2. Characteristics of the mesh#
Using procedure FISS2D_V1.
The topological parameters concerning the refinement around the crack bottom are:
\(\mathrm{nc}=4\) (number of crowns)
\(\mathrm{ns}=8\) (number of sectors)
\(\mathrm{nbcour}=1\) (number of deraffination rings)
