Summary:

The purpose of this test is to validate the consideration of contact on the lips of a curved crack, by limiting itself to the case where the crack completely crosses the structure (interface). We are using the continuous method adapted to the X- FEM method with augmented Lagrangian resolution. This test involves a parallelepipedic block in compression. The interface is represented by a circular*level set* that intersects elements with varying angles. It involves the elements X- FEM \(\text{P2}\) in movement and \(\text{P1}\) in pressure which have degrees of freedom of movement at each node and degrees of freedom of touch-friction on the vertex nodes.
