Summary:

This TP treats the Hertz contact, one of the rare non-trivial cases of contact for which an analytical solution is available.

The model consists of two hemispheres that are brought into contact one against the other.

This simple test will illustrate the contact data, the different ways of solving the problem and finally the tools available to post-process a contact calculation.
