3. Modeling A#
3.1. Characteristics of modeling#
Modeling with elements of BARRE and CABLE.
3.2. Characteristics of the mesh#
The mesh contains:
2 elements of type BARRE.
60 elements of type CABLE. (15 elements per cable).
3.3. Tested sizes and results#
The value of the 1st natural vibration frequency of the cables is tested. As the 4 cables have the same voltage, there are therefore multiple vibration modes. Six multiple modes are tested, for each step.

3.4. notes#
The calculation is carried out with the operator STAT_NON_LINE, then the operators CALC_MATR_ELEM, ASSE_MATRICE and COMB_MATR_ASSE for assembling the matrices. The calculation of the frequencies and modes of vibration is carried out with the operator CALC_MODES.
